The website, the Client, and related materials are owned by the Service Provider or licensed to the Service Provider. You retain rights in your own content. You are granted a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the site and the Client solely as permitted by these Terms and applicable laws.
The Service may rely on third‑party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, analytics services, or API providers you connect). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. I am not responsible for third‑party services I do not control.

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke any granted authorizations. I may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the Service is discontinued.
I may update these Terms from time to time. I will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, I will take appropriate steps to notify you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA/UK, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of your local law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
